Job Summary:

The Territory Relations Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, establishing relationships with doctors and staff, and help provide training and marketing support within an assigned territory.

The territory relations manager will identify and cultivate relationships with key doctors and staff. The individual will collaborate with in-house staff and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes. The individual will implement marketing strategies and work with business partners to provide training and continued education meetings for doctors and staff.

Job Description:

  • Requires travel within a given territory
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and primary care physicians
  • Implement best practices in the referral of Lasik, cataract, glaucoma, and other general ophthalmology procedures
  • Maximize sales, revenue, and market share
  • Stay focused on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Provide training for affiliate offices as to keep staff informed on new technology
  • Ensure line of communication is ongoing with in house staff and the affiliates
  • Responsible for weekly recording/reporting of sales calls
  • Adheres to all company and industry guidelines
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and development in product knowledge, procedure knowledge, and communication skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs
  • Ability to work some weekends and weeknights
  • Salary based off experience with bonus

  • Territory includes Greater LA/Inland Empire

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS required from 4-year accredited institution or equivalent sales experience
  • Sales experience in medical services/health care industry
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
